Zone teams announced- Athletes to check their resultshq account and select calendar. The Southern Metropolitan Meet (Dec 14th) lists the events you nominated for. The Zone Payment and Duty Meet (Dec 13) will list the events you were selected in. Athletes in U12-U17 should have identical lists. Please contact phlacresults.com.au if there is a difference. In the U7-U11 age groups only 5 athletes can be selected per event so not all athletes will have been selected in all their nominated events.
Centre Combined Event Entries NOW OPEN for the competition SATURDAY 9th NOVEMBER (ALL PARENTS OF COMPETING ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED FOR DUTY. Next Blue Roster Saturday 23/11 after the state relays when there is no centre competition 16/11. Entries will close Thursday 7th November 8pm. Only athletes that have registered for the event will be eligible for live results, points and awards. When doing you online entry please ensure you complete the payment step even though there is no cost. (select cash) You will receive an email notification with your duty once you complete all steps. ZONE ENTRIES NOW OPEN AND CLOSE MONDAY 4/11 4pm - payment will remain open until 4pm Tuesday SOUTHERN METROPOLITAN ZONE (13-15 December 2019) The Zone is the first event of the Championships pathway. To be held on Friday 13 December, Saturday 14 December and Sunday 15 December 2019 at Sylvania Waters track. Entries for Zone are now OPEN and will close on 4 November at 4pm. Our Zone team will be selected by our Championships Committee and announced on 9 November 2019 via resultshq. Each athlete in U7 to U11 can nominate up to 4 events. U12 to U17 athletes can nominate up to 6 events. Athletes will be selected for each based of their best consistent performances during Centre Competition, up to and including 2 November. Entries can only be online ($15 per athlete plus admin costs). No refunds and no late entries. From Zone the first 6 in each final event will progress to Region 8 plus the next best 4 athletes overall from both Zones (ours and Inner City Zone will also compete at Region 8. This means all Region events have 16 athletes. No late entries or event changes will be accepted after 4 November 2019 (4pm). Nominations will only be only through the Southern Metropolitan Zone meet. Duty roster and payment will be through the Port Hacking Meet. Both nominations are through Results HQ. As we are hosting the carnival this year ALL parents will be required to do duty. All athletes in the U7-U17 age groups are encouraged to nominate. Every effort will be made to get all athletes in at least 1 event.
Once registration process is complete, all families need to log into www.resultshq.com.au to obtain weekly results. These results are updated live at the track and entered throughout the morning. Returning members need to log in to migrate their account. New members select having trouble logging in and you will be directed to set your password. New members must use the email address they used to register.
Registration is now open and never closes. New athletes can trial for $20 cash for 2 consecutive weeks beginning Saturday 14 September. The $20 will be refunded to athletes that sign up for the season.
UNIFORMS: In 2019/20 Port Hacking LAC is one club/one Centre. Cronulla, Endeavour and Taren Point uniforms can no longer be worn for centre competitions on Saturday mornings. Athletes are permitted to continue to wear the old Port Hacking uniform for this season. If you wish to purchase one of the new uniforms you can do so from here. The available shorts are not compulsory, plain black shorts are acceptable.
DETAILS FOR NEW MEMBERS Port Hacking LAC runs Centre competitions on Saturday mornings starting 7.45am Saturday 7th September 2019.
We have a 2 week program where athletes compete in 4-7 events each week. Every event for the age group - sprints, hurdles, long distance, jumps, throws are run over the 2 week program.
Competition finishes when all events are completed depending on age group.
Parents are required to do duty every second week. (No experience necessary). Completing a parent agreement completes the registration process.
We have special events throughout the season where athletes compete at zone, region and state
Families will not receive online results or be added to mailing lists until birth certificates are sighted and parent agreements completed.
