Events typically start from 8:00am and the day’s events conclude between 11:00am and 11:30am depending on which schedule is being run. Some age groups may also finish earlier than this, exceptions are listed below..
Series 'A' events, 1500m, first call at 7.40am and the race will start 7.45am for U/13 to U/17 athletes. All other age groups first call at 8:00am.
Series 'B' events, walks first call at 7.40am and the race will start 7.45am for U/13 to U/17 athletes. All other age groups first call at 8:00am.
Please read our Blue Book which lists all events that are held in Series A and Series B for each age group.
If you are planning on running in the 3000m this will be run at 7.30am.

Little Athletics NSW Video Series

LANSW have created a series of 24 short videos aimed to assist age managers, coaches, little athletes, teachers and parents to help teach and learn the basic fundamental skills of a variety of running, jumping and throwing events in track and field.
